Strategy

Every organisation that has secured its survival over a certain period of time in a given market has a strategy. It has perhaps not been explicitly defined and formulated but can be seen in practice, in the characteristic way the organisations act, in its various basic convictions and conceptions.

The (formulated) strategy embodies the firm’s or the organisational unit’s actions and behaviour through which it ensures its survival and expansion within its surroundings. It demonstrates how its «acquis» is maintained and where new achievements need to be made or developed.

The strategy should provide a binding direction for the actions of those responsible as well as for all other parties involved. It should indicate the level of quality to be attained as well as how to deal with clients, suppliers, service providers and staff.

We provide companies and organisations with support in implementing the strategy they have chosen.

We take on the following tasks on behalf of our clients:

  • advice on drawing up and implementing strategic development processes,
  • support for devising organisational and environmental analyses,
  • running strategy workshops,
  • monitoring the implementation of a strategy and any resulting tasks.

This systemic understanding influences how we work.

We work together for our clients, we exchange know-how and experience and we learn with and from each other.
