Processes

Processes are the procedures within an organisation that ultimately lead to the provision of services to the client as defined in the organisation’s strategy.

Process management is the reduction and optimisation of interfaces between the individual stages in these processes.

Efficiency and cost reduction are too often at the centre of considerations. The performance of an organisation depends not only on lean processes, but also very much on how employees perceive their responsibility and influence on the results of their work.

It is a participative, holistic corporate culture that makes process management successful in the long run. Corporate culture and the design of processes are mutually dependent.

Our experience ranges from drawing up process landscapes and designing new processes to introducing process organisations and embedding all processes with the aid of IT systems.

We offer our clients support in the following tasks:

  • adapting business processes in the cases of strategic changes
  • business process re-engineering projects
  • drawing up structures to achieve added value
  • identifying existing processes and designing new ones
  • deciding on organisational changes
  • introducing new processes into an existing structure
  • setting up a process management system throughout the company
  • IT integration

«I have learned, and I am fully convinced of the fact, that as human beings it is in our nature to grow. For if we cease growing, we are either at dying or being suffocated.» Virginia Satir, 1916–1988

The content of this statement has deeply affected me. In my opinion it applies equally well to individuals and teams as to organisations. Throughout my work I do my best to encourage this growth, this kind of development.
