Personal development

Every person is unique in the way they feel, think and act. Their personality may not always suit a given professional or private situation, but development steps are always needed: Letting go of the old, taking on the new and setting priorities. Often such challenges cannot be mastered alone. A third party perspective, new impulses and methods and emotional support are necessary if one is to move forward.

We are familiar with the paths of personal development and have the empathy, knowledge, and methodological competence to support people in their individual development processes within a professional context.

We take on the following tasks on behalf of our clients:

  • Coaching and counselling in individual, professional change processes
  • Designing and facilitating seminars on specific topics such as self-confidence, self-management, time management, life balance, conflict as an opportunity, dealing with change, career development

«I have learned, and I am fully convinced of the fact, that as human beings it is in our nature to grow. For if we cease growing, we are either at dying or being suffocated.» Virginia Satir, 1916–1988

The content of this statement has deeply affected me. In my opinion it applies equally well to individuals and teams as to organisations. Throughout my work I do my best to encourage this growth, this kind of development.
